Ian Chames - Bass Originally a Trombone player from age ten, switched
to Bass in the early 90's, and has played in numerous Rock and Blues bands
since then, including Man On A String, The Strangers, Rocket Science,
Paradise XS, the Trailer Park Romeos etc. Currently fronts his own band, The
Chames Gang, and has backed up such musicians as Lydia Pence and Cold Blood,
Dave Spector, Brian Kellnor, JP Smoketrain, and Slide/Blues guitarist
Richard Smith.

Bob Hernandez - Bass Originally from Baltimore, MD, Bob has lived
in Hawaii since 1976. He has played with many fine musicians including Steve
Morris, Fulton Tashombe, Joe Cano, The Stylistics, The Manhattans, The
Sherells, Pat Koh, Adela Chu, Steve Lucas, Kirk Thompson, Michael Paulo,
Larry Spalding, Chris Yeh, and Willie K.

Mike Norris - Bass
Besides keeping the bottom line going
for Hawaiian Soul, he also plays bass for the Latin group, Salsa Hawaii, and
is the music director at his church. His favorite styles of music include
jazz, R&B, funk, blues and rock, and his musical influences include Stanley
Clarke, Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix, George Benson and Marcus Miller, among
many others.
